All interior surfaces are wiped down with a durable antimicrobial agent that provides long-term protection against a variety of bacteria, germs, and viruses such as COVID-19. The agent is obliged for a long period of action by a stable molecular bond formed with the treated surface. As an added precaution, we reapply the product often enough.

To prevent the spread of the virus and ensure the safety of passengers on board, we thoroughly clean and disinfect all surfaces after each flight. Any of our aircraft arriving from a high-risk country, according to EASA, is immediately quarantined and disinfected.

Each pilot is assessed according to the criteria of the European Aviation Safety Agency (EASA) and flies only one type of aircraft assigned to him. This means that the pilots are perfectly aware of all the features of the aircraft and are able to automatically respond correctly in any situation.

Twice a year, our pilots hone their skills on state-of-the-art flight simulators. At the same time, they test their reaction in difficult situations from practice. The tests are created based on the information collected by the onboard flight data recorders. Our company is developing its own unique program of regular training on simulators, which will change every 6 months. Teams responsible for safety, standards, flight operations and training contributed to the creation of each program.
